1 / Validity
​Gift Vouchers are valid for 6-months from the time of purchase. Christmas Gift Cards valid until the 30th of June 2026.
2 / Refunds and Transfers
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be transferred to another person but must be used by the named holder once redeemed.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
3 / To Redeem
To redeem your voucher: email orsi@holisticity.uk with your voucher code, full name, and preferred contact details to arrange your first session.
Vouchers are valid only for personal training services provided by Orsolya Szabo (Orsi), trading as Holisticity.
Sessions take place at Canada Water Leisure Centre, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

General Personal Training T's and C's apply.
New clients must return a signed Training agreement and fill out a Health Questionnaire prior to their first session.
